Henricksen is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Tarzon as Vice President of Sales, IL. With more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and commercial real estate advisory, Tarzon brings a relationship-first approach and deep expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. In his new role, he will focus on expanding Henricksen’s presence in the Chicago market, strengthening client relationships, and driving strategic growth across corporate, broker, and workplace decision-maker networks.
“Beyond his experience, Chris brings a highly collaborative, team-first mindset and a deep understanding of the Chicago market,” said Ryan Esche, Principal and General Manager of Henricksen’s Illinois region. “He has a strong ability to elevate those around him while opening doors and building meaningful partnerships that strengthen how we show up for our clients and drive immediate impact across our team.”
Prior to joining Henricksen, Tarzon spent more than a decade at Savills North America, where he most recently served as Corporate Managing Director. In this role, he led complex, multi-stakeholder deals, advising C-suite decision-makers and developing structured processes to deliver tailored client solutions. Tarzon began his career in media sales before transitioning to real estate, including roles at The John Buck Company, building a strong foundation in client engagement, storytelling, and competitive strategy.
In his new role, Tarzon will lead sales efforts across the Chicago region, overseeing the full sales lifecycle while identifying opportunities to enhance performance. He will leverage Henricksen’s extensive partner network to position the company as a true solutions provider, connecting clients with the right products, partners, and strategies to support evolving workplace needs. His approach prioritizes solving problems over selling products, using the partner ecosystem to foster meaningful, solution-oriented client conversations.
“I was drawn to Henricksen’s people, culture, and reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions,” said Tarzon. “The opportunity to combine my background in real estate with a more tangible, design-driven offering is incredibly exciting. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships, learning from the team, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.”
Tarzon is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to building trust through consistency, transparency, and long-term partnership. He prioritizes mentorship and team development, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering meaningful results for clients. Outside of work, Tarzon is actively involved with Hope Ignites, where he has served on the board for over 10 years. He also enjoys spending time with his three children and staying active through soccer, fishing, and Midwest lake living.
