Henricksen Appoints Gina Parker As Director of Healthcare Strategy

Healthcare leader brings 15+ years of experience across design, strategy, and client partnerships

Dec 15, 2025

Henricksen, a leading national contract furniture dealer, is pleased to announce that Gina Parker has been appointed as Director of Healthcare Strategy. With over fifteen years of combined experience across healthcare interiors, project management, and strategic market development, Parker will play a crucial role in guiding growth across the firm’s healthcare vertical while strengthening its position as a trusted partner to health systems across the country.

“Gina brings a unique combination of design expertise, clinical knowledge, and strategy to this role,” said Chris Knoeppel, Principal, Vice President & Divisional General Manager for WI, MN & TN at Henricksen. “Her deep understanding of what healthcare organizations truly need, combined with a thoughtful, data-driven approach to improving care, makes her a perfect addition to our team.”

Parker began her career in hospital environments, where she documented and analyzed space utilization for major health systems—work that gave her a deep understanding of how space impacts both patient and staff experiences. She subsequently transitioned to the contract furniture industry, where she spent the next fourteen years in dealer and manufacturer roles, leading strategic growth initiatives for MillerKnoll’s Illinois region and serving as Vice President of Healthcare Sales at Continua Interiors.

In her new role at Henricksen, Parker will lead healthcare strategy across all markets, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and developing new approaches to serving healthcare clients. She will collaborate with regional market leaders to further refine Henricksen’s national presence, reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a best-in-class partner for both providers and system operators.

“Healthcare is a market defined by specialization, and Henricksen has an incredible network of partners and existing relationships in the field,” said Parker. “I look forward to helping expand our reach, grow brand recognition, and ensure we remain the most valuable resource for our clients, no matter where they are or what their needs may be.”

Beyond her professional work, Parker serves on the board of directors at Jane’s Room, a nonprofit organization that works with health systems across the United States to provide bereavement rooms and services for families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. She is passionate and deeply committed to supporting environments that emphasize dignity, agency, and healing.
