COFCO, A Henricksen Company, Welcomes Michael O'Donnell As Vice President of Sales

Seasoned sales leader brings nearly 20 years of experience to drive growth in the Philadelphia market.

COFCO, a Henricksen Company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael O'Donnell as Vice President of Sales. With nearly 20 years of experience in the contract furniture market and a strong track record in leadership, business development, and large-scale project delivery, O'Donnell will play a key role in driving growth across the Philadelphia market. He will focus on further expanding the company’s network and reputation through strong client relationships, while supporting sales growth by strengthening the team and refining sales strategies.

“Michael brings a powerful combination of leadership experience, industry knowledge, and a relationship-first mindset,” said Erin Costello, General Manager of the Philadelphia region. “His ability to build strong teams and long-term client partnerships makes him a natural fit for our culture and an important addition to our Philadelphia team.”

O’Donnell most recently served as Senior Account Manager at Officeworks, where he focused on business development and long-term client partnerships, expanding relationships into national accounts. Previously, he worked at W.B. Mason Company, where he led the New York City furniture division and managed cross-functional teams from project pursuit through completion.

In his new role, O’Donnell will lead COFCO’s sales team in the Philadelphia market, overseeing the full sales process and identifying opportunities to enhance performance. He champions strong collaboration with manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment on shared goals and strategic initiatives to deliver the best solutions for clients. His priorities include expanding COFCO’s brand presence, growing the company’s network through client referrals, and refining sales strategies to target the right opportunities, drive productivity, and achieve successful project outcomes.

O’Donnell brings a hands-on, collaborative leadership style and prioritizes alignment across teams and partners to ensure every project delivers both quality and impact. Outside of work, he enjoys family life in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with his three children, balancing his time between soccer, basketball, and flag football games.
