These documents are intended for reference only. If you encounter any issues with your furniture, please reach out directly to your Henricksen representative. We are here to ensure the process is as simple as possible.
Henricksen will handle all warranty claims and service requests on your behalf. This includes coordinating with the manufacturer and scheduling any necessary repairs or replacements.
When contacting your Henricksen representative, please include the following information:
• Project name + location
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product or issue, if possible
• Tag or label information from the product (if accessible)
