Michelle brings over 25 years of diverse product knowledge and rich experience to each project she undertakes. During her 25+ year tenure with Henricksen, she has earned numerous top sales awards, including recognition from manufacturing partners Allsteel and Gunlocke. Michelle plays a pivotal role in the project lifecycle with her dedicated team, including Jamie Williams-Matlock and Ally Wojick, from development to implementation, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes as the primary liaison among clients, design firms, project teams, and manufacturers.
Her track record boasts successful collaborations with reputable clients such as Gogo, Career Education Corporation, Wilson Elser, comScore, Epsilon, CF Industries, Stepan, and Morgan Lewis.
A graduate of the Harrington Institute with a bachelor’s degree in art in 1989, Michelle launched her career in the design business immediately upon graduation, always serving on the furniture dealer side.
Beyond her professional commitments, Michelle is an active community member, serving on the Board of Directors at YOS – Youth Outreach Services for over twelve years, helping Chicago’s youth.
