Congratulations to Dean Molz, Director of Business Development at COFCO (A Henricksen Company), Philadelphia, PA on being appointed Membership Committee Chair of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals.

The Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) is a nonprofit professional association for individuals who specialize in all types of healthcare environments. AMFP currently has 10 chapters, three of which launched in the past year. Dean was one of the original founding members of the AMFP Philadelphia Chapter which was founded in 2022.

AMFP’s mission is to holistically enhance the skills of all professionals working to develop the healthcare-built environment. The association provides a collaborative community, allowing its members to network and unite to share best practices and learn from each other. They aim to be at the forefront of the healthcare industry sector as they educate with relevant content and research data pertaining to facilities and careers in the healthcare arena.

Dean Molz, joined COFCO, A Henricksen Company in 2014, following a decades-long career in the office furniture industry. Dean has led projects for clients such as the US Postal Service, Comcast, Virtua, Borgata Hotel and Casino, and Sallie Mae. He brings extensive industry experience, practical project capabilities, and a leadership style that is professional, authentic, and detail focused.
