These included accessories, ancillary products, art, break room facilities, café amenities, collaboration spaces, event spaces, guest rooms, lounge areas, media centers, outdoor furniture, private offices, reception areas, resident rooms, storage solutions, waiting areas, bike storage, and even a dog run.

Henricksen also provided a comprehensive service package that included account management, installation, interior design consultation, procurement, project management, and specification.
