Early next year, Synergy, A Henricksen Company, will relocate to the first floor of Panattoni’s 1030 Music Row, Nashville’s first mass timber frame constructed building. The Class A, 112,292 square-foot boutique office building is located on historic Music Row, just one block from Edgehill Village.
Because Synergy is a full-service contract furniture dealership specializing in office, healthcare, education, and hospitality spaces, the company wanted its headquarters to embody the design and functionality that clients could envision for themselves. The office landscape is changing, putting a heavy emphasis on creating small environments for teams to work and conference. With access to high-design product lines and a growing brand, Synergy envisions a luxury boutique working space that celebrates the rich architecture it inhabits.
The company’s consultative approach to furniture and design will complement 1030’s unique story. The building’s mass timber frame, gold pulls, and smoked glass give off an executive, high design feel that the company plans to build on.
Synergy General Manager Michael Moore remarks: “We are thrilled to be moving to the heart of Nashville on Music Row. As the city continues to grow, it’s important for us to be in the middle of the excitement. 1030 is surrounded by new development, and we couldn’t be more excited to go into this space.”
JLL’s Bo Tyler represented Synergy, A Henricksen Company in the transaction and JLL’s Sarah Pettigrew represented Panattoni Development, the owner of 1030 Music Row. Hayne Hamilton of Panattoni Development shares, “Synergy, A Henricksen Company is an ideal tenant to move into the first-floor suite. In addition to the building’s design, Synergy will help modernize historic Music Row. We look forward to seeing what they do to the space.”
