Henricksen Minneapolis office relocates to the second floor of The TractorWorks Building. The 11,000-square-foot office space is located in the trendy North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis.

Henricksen is a full-service contract furniture dealership specializing in office, healthcare, education, senior living, public, and hospitality spaces, and the company wanted its new showroom and office space to embody the design and functionality that clients could envision for themselves. When designing the space, the company was inspired by TractorWorks’ exposed timber columns, which create a warm and inviting framework to showcase its furniture and architectural solutions offerings.

For many years, businesses and communities have occupied the North Loop and riverfront area. With its revitalization through new living, working, and recreation spaces, the community is on track to become Minneapolis’s fastest-growing, most dynamic neighborhood.
