03/30/23 Henricksen Madison office relocates to Union Corners It’s that time of year again – spring has sprung, bringing a sense of renewal and revitalization. Henricksen is taking part in this season of transition with the relocation of its Madison, Wisconsin, office. For the past 12 years, Henricksen has been spreading their roots and building relationships in Madison from their American Center Business Park office. With aspirations for a more active base, Henricksen set out to find a more centrally located space to increase their visibility in Madison. After an extensive search, the commercial furniture dealer landed on an expansive 4,000-square-foot office space at Union Corners on the East Washington corridor located at 2530 Winnebago St., Madison, Wisconsin. The multi-use space has a progressive and industrial feel and is closer to the architecture and design community. This proximal opportunity carries great significance to Henricksen, which prides itself on the strong relationships they nurture and grow with its broad clientele list ranging from the corporate and public sector to healthcare, education, hospitality, and more. The depth of these relationships reflects the growth Henricksen is experiencing in the marketplace. Henricksen is committed to melding its 20-plus year rich history in Madison with current popular demand, and the showroom within this new space captures this evolution. Chris Knoeppel, Vice President + General Manager for Henricksen’s Wisconsin region, passionately describes how this showroom beautifully reflects Henricksen’s ability to support a variety of unique workplace settings – in both form and function – with its robust selection of commercial furnishings. Knoeppel explains, “Henricksen is a leading dealer of contract furniture and architectural products specializing in delivering the whole package – from distinct top-notch design and furniture selections to complete installation – across a myriad of industries.” Knoeppel also explains how the new Madison showroom highlights Henricksen’s breadth of capabilities when it comes to “supporting and enhancing the new and varied marketplace aesthetic, inclusive of everything from private offices to more collaborative, open workspaces.” One feature of the new Henricksen Madison office the team looks forward to using and sharing is its rooftop access. With the fresh air and great views, upcoming events – including those focused on professional development- will surely have an elevated feel. The Henricksen Madison team plans to host an open house in May – stay tuned for more details regarding this celebratory event. Broker: Ross Rikkers of Cresa – Madison Contractor: Gorman & Company
