Henricksen Hires Taylor Morgan as A+D Market Manager for Minnesota

As Henricksen’s new Architecture + Interior Design Market Manager (A+D), Taylor will focus on brand awareness, client engagement, and thought leadership. Taylor will work closely with manufacturing partners, account executives, and the Minneapolis team to bring meaningful content and support the design vision to elevate client-centric solutions.

“I believe in the power of a trustworthy personable connection, and it will be a goal of mine to develop new relationships that lead to long-lasting partnerships,” said Taylor Morgan, Henricksen A+D Market Manager, Minnesota. “I am excited to extend superior customer service to our A+D community by providing them with the approximate resources to be successful within their role and on their current and future projects.”

Taylor has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and a master’s degree in Interior and Environmental Design from Illinois State University. Upon graduation from Illinois State University, she relocated with her husband to Minneapolis to begin working at RSP Architects as an Interior Designer on the National Design Team. Knowing that Project Management was still a significant interest of hers, she transitioned to JLL as a Project Manager, managing tenant improvement and workplace strategy projects. Working closely with JLL Headquarters in Chicago, Taylor began designing for their Architectural and Design division, Big Red Rooster (BRR). As a result, she was promoted to Senior Interior Design at BRR, assisting companies in rethinking their workplace by providing strategic workplace solutions that would enhance employees’ experiences once they returned to work after the pandemic. During this time, she also found her passion for educating future designers and began teaching at Dunwoody College in the School of Design.

Taylor said the people and culture drew her to Henricksen. She is eager to share her knowledge, experiences, and Commercial Real Estate industry relationships with the Henricksen team and the A+D community. She illustrates the core values of Henricksen and will contribute to Henricksen’s continued growth and innovation.

We are so excited to have Taylor on board to represent Henricksen to the A+D community,” said Debra Barnes, Principal, Vice President, and General Manager, Minnesota. “Her knowledge and experience as a practicing interior designer, project manager, and design educator, bring the perfect mix of creativity, thought leadership, and pragmatic focus on successful client solutions. Along with our manufacturing partners, Taylor will be focused on enhancing Henricksen’s commitment to the A&D community through education and advocacy.”

Taylor is an active member of IIDA and on the IIDA Northland Student Affairs committee. She is also involved in MNCREW, is a new CoreNet Global Midwest Chapter member, and is on the Professional Advisory Council for Interior Design at Dunwoody College.
