Hannah Lyons new ETN IIDA City Center Director

Hannah Lyons, a Tennessee-based Account Executive from Synergy, A Henricksen Company, has taken on the role of East Tennessee City Center Director for the Tennessee Chapter of International Interior Design Association.

Hannah received her degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in 2018 and quickly entered the industry as an account executive at Synergy Business Environments (now Synergy, A Henricksen Company). Her current focus is on education, healthcare, and corporate office space. Hannah’s primary clients are Southern Adventist University, University of Tennessee Southern, and Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union.

Hannah developed a passion for beautiful and functional educational spaces as a student at UTC. Her eyes were opened to a new possibility of learning opportunities when UTC built a new library building on campus. It was a space with welcoming furnishings, colors, and lighting, and it brought so many students out of their dorms to study, collaborate and connect. It was obvious to her that it would be a rewarding industry once she saw how much impact that space could have on students’ lives.

Hannah joined IIDA Tennessee in 2019 and was appointed Vice President of Professional Development and served in that position for almost two years before transitioning into her new role as East Tennessee City Center Director.

This role allows Hannah to continue to work closely with the interior design community in East Tennessee through continuing professional development, networking, and volunteer opportunities.

Hannah is honored to continue to support the design community in Chattanooga & Knoxville.
