The Saint Paul Health Clinics (formerly Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates, P.A.) continue to grow, and recently needed more space. The Lung Clinic expanded into a new building adjacent to their previous location— which will continue to be used for health care.
Together, Henricksen and KKE Architects specified the furniture for the space that occupies the 3rd floor of this brand new building. The suite includes 40 private offices, 30 workstations in various open office areas, a large filing storage facility, break room, and reception and waiting area. Henricksen was involved in the project management, design and installation processes throughout the entire project.
Using Allsteel’s Align product for the private offices, they were able to customize and tailor the personal offices to the individual tastes of the doctors. Reach and Terrace workstations were used in the open office areas for the administrative work to take place. The reception area is a central mezzanine consisting of a large custom reception desk from Gunlocke and Nemschoff seating throughout the waiting area. The result of this project was a very beautiful and functional new work environment, which also led to Henricksen being awarded other projects within the new medical office building in downtown Saint Paul.
