Enova, a leading technology and financial services company focused on online lending, consolidated 860+ employees – including its call center – under one roof in the heart of Chicago’s flourishing tech community.

Enova’s leadership wanted its new office to appeal to its young, dynamic employees and support its innovative culture. The workspace was designed to support various tasks. Guided by the design intent, Henricksen specified products that supported Enova’s desire for greater communication, collaboration, flexibility, and connection amongst all departments.

The work areas include low-walled benching workstations, quiet rooms for phone-based departments, and teaming areas for groups that require brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving.

Henricksen provided Allsteel’s Beyond Wall solution for the conference and teaming rooms in lieu of traditional construction. The benefits of the Beyond Walls include acoustic privacy, visual transparency, price, and the ability to be used as a writing surface.

Communal eating areas and central break areas provide space for employee interaction and informal collaboration.
