The Competition
The Box It Foundation is proud to present Dancing with the Brokers (DWTB), where local real estate and construction professionals come face-to-face in the ultimate dance competition. Each couple will consist of a real estate or construction professional and a professional dancer from the country’s leading dance company, Arthur Murray. The participants will engage in months of training with their professional dance partner in preparation for the main event.

The Brawl Tournament will consist of Round Robin style play officiated by two SPiN Pros.

The teams will be comprised of people from both the real estate and A+D communities. Henricksen and the our event Sponsors will invite people to play on the teams.

Each team will play on behalf of a pre-approved charity of its choosing with a donation going to the winning team’s charity.

LED technology is constantly evolving and improving. This CEU provides a general overview of the advantages of LED in relation to lighting fixtures. With all the new advancements in LED technology, there are still constraints in certain areas especially with regard to voltage, dimming capability, and UL recognition. This course will familiarize the attendee with these design and construction issues to maximize the health, safety, and welfare benefits that LED light sources can provide.

For this AIA + IDCEC approved CEU, we will explore scientific research linking particular elements of fabrics to certain responses in humans. We’ll cover the psychological effects of seeing particular colors and patterns as well as feeling textures against our skin. We’ll talk about how fabrics can help achieve desired outcomes in a variety of different spaces.

After the CEU course segment, we will grab a cocktail and get crafty.
